Food Handler Certification

Getting your approved Oregon Food Handler Card is quick and easy:
  • Register
  • Take and pass the test.
  • Pay your fee
  • Print or save your card
If you take the test and don’t pass, you can return to the learning center to review the study material and retake the test.

Have you taken the course and passed the test?

If no, review the study material and pass the test in order to earn and gain access to your Food Handler Card. If you’re unsure, look at your account. When logged in, On the Learning Center page you’ll see the status of your food handler test. If you’ve take and passed the test click on the view certificate button to print or save your card.

 

Do you have Adobe Acrobat, which will allow you to download and open the pdf?

If no, click here to download Adobe Acrobat. Install, restart your computer, and then try again. Download the pdf, then open it in Adobe Acrobat to view and print.

Food service workers are required to obtain a food handler card within 30 days of beginning work.

The card is valid for three years.

If your current, Food Handler Certificate is still valid, you may use our Certificate Request Tool to have a replacement sent to you by email.
