How do I get my certificate after passing?
After you pass the quiz and pay the $10 fee, your Food Handler Card is automatically generated and emailed to you as a PDF. You can also log back into your account at any time to download it from your profile.
Can I take the test in other languages?
Yes — the training and test are available in Spanish. Visit the Spanish site. Additional languages are not currently offered.
What happens if I fail the test?
You can retake the quiz as many times as you need. There is no penalty or additional fee for retaking — just review the training material and try again when you're ready.
How long does the training take?
Most people complete the training in about 60 minutes. You can work at your own pace and pick up where you left off if you need to take a break.
