The Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association’s Food Handler Certificate Online Training program will give you the information you need to earn your Oregon Food Handler Certificate.
You will learn more about the following: food temperatures, avoiding cross contamination, safe storage practices, temperature control, employee practices, food borne illness, personal hygiene, & much more.
This online course, which has been approved by the Oregon Health Authority, offers a certificate that is valid statewide for three years from the date you pass the exam. This course requires you to pay for the certificate with a credit card (or company authorization code) and print the certificate from a computer.
You will need to receive a score of 70% or higher to pass the final exam.
Prepaid cards will not work with our processor We are unable to accept checks for payment. A certificate will NOT be mailed to you.
